I found "Displacing the Priest" www.musicstack.com/item.cgi?item=4563231 but it is very expensive.  I was surprised I couldn't find anything on www.eil.com as they advertise dealing in rare stuff.

I'm sure you are already trawling e-bay and amazon marketplace, but I suspect that if anything comes up, they would be as good as anywhere else.  If I come across anything, I will let you know.
